We’re genuinely sorry to hear about your experience and wish it had gone differently. However, we do want to clarify a few key things for transparency:
You reached out via our live chat several times over the last few months asking about discounts and business accounts. Each time, we responded within an hour with clear instructions and a code you never ended up using. You also never signed up for the pro account after being guided on how to do so.
When you placed your order, we shipped it the very next morning (within hours). Your follow-up request to cancel the order came after business hours, at which point it was already out the door. Despite this, we responded promptly and respectfully, offering to help in any way we could—including when you changed your mind again and decided to keep the order.
We always strive to provide top-tier customer service—something many of our regular customers mention in their reviews. While we respect your opinion, it’s important to note that timely replies, fast shipping, and doing exactly what was ordered aren’t examples of poor service.
