Vehicle Deodorization Kit (Car Odor Bomb)

Vehicle odor does NOT stay in one neat little spot.

Chlorine dioxide is not a fragrance, perfume, or cover-up scent. It is a selective oxidizing agent used for odor control because it can react with many odor-causing compounds at the molecular level.

Many strong vehicle odors come from volatile organic compounds, smoke residue, mildew-related compounds, food breakdown, sweat, pet odor, and reduced sulfur or nitrogen-based compounds.

That is the stuff your nose reads as funk.

When chlorine dioxide contacts many of these odor-causing compounds, it can oxidize them by altering their electron structure. That chemical change can transform the original odor compound into something with a different odor profile, or something your nose no longer reads the same way.

Fragrance just adds another smell. ClO₂ changes the odor chemistry.  Science for the win.

The VDK releases chlorine dioxide gas inside the closed vehicle cabin. Gas matters because vehicle odor does not only sit on the surfaces you can reach. It moves through the airspace, vents, fabrics, carpet, headliner, trunk, seatbelt fibers, and under-seat areas.

Because the VDK uses ClO₂ as a gas, it can disperse through the enclosed cabin and contact odor compounds in places sprays, wipes, and normal cleaning may not reach.

It is not just making the vehicle smell better. It is using gas-phase chlorine dioxide to treat vehicle odor chemistry.

1. Remove trash, spills, loose debris, and obvious odor sources from the vehicle.
2. Add water to the jar fill line.
3. Place the jar securely in the cupholder.
4. Drop the VDK tablet into the jar.
5. Exit vehicle and do not open doors until after treatment is completed. 
6. After treatment, open the doors and air out the vehicle for 10 to 15 minutes before driving.

Minor odor: 3 hours
Best for light used-car smell, mild food odor, or general cabin funk.

Strong odor: 6 hours
Best for smoke, weed, pet odor, sweat, musty interiors, or stronger lingering smells.

Extreme odor: 12 hours or overnight
Best for heavy smoke, severe mildew, intense pet odor, forgotten food, work truck funk, or odor that has been baking into the vehicle for a while.

Do not occupy the vehicle during treatment.

Opening the doors mid-treatment is not recommended. It lets the gas escape and reduces effectiveness. 
Chlorine Dioxide is an oxidizer and should not be inhaled.  It is an irritant and will cause respiratory issues if misused. Read all safety and precautionary info prior to use.
