Where Smoke Odors Hide...
Smoke contaminates the cabin air and HVAC system.
Smoke residue settles onto glass, plastic, leather, vinyl and fabric.
Smoke particles penetrate seat foam, carpet padding, headliners and other porous materials.
Permanent smoke odor removal requires treating the air, the surfaces you can see, and the materials you can’t.
Remove Embedded Smoke Contamination
- Removes residue from smoke
- Deodorizes and cleans on contact
- Mix with water or your favorite cleaner
- Safe for steamers, extractors and air tools
- Ideal for upholstery, carpet, headliners and seat foam
- Works great on hard surfaces too
For use on: surfaces and subsurfaces
Eliminate Airborne Smoke Odors
- Gas-off treatment fills the cabin with ClO2 gas
- Reaches HVAC vent system and deodorizes other inaccessible areas
- Neutralizes airborne smoke contamination
- Eiminates odors at the source on a molecular level
- Works in as little as one hour (with purchase of aerator)
For use on: Airspace odors
Why this 1-2 Punch Knocks Out Odors. Permanently.
Smoke contamination rarely exists in just one place. Smoke particles circulate through the air, settle onto surfaces, and penetrate deep into porous materials like carpet padding, seat foam, and headliners.
That’s why Bio-Bomb Minis and the Vehicle Deodorization Kit work so well together — one attacks embedded contamination while the other resets the airspace. Boom!

FAQs
For most smoker vehicles, we recommend the Vehicle Deodorization Kit (VDK). The VDK distributes chlorine dioxide gas throughout the cabin, allowing it to penetrate areas that traditional sprays and air fresheners cannot reach.
If your vehicle is BAD, then we strongly suggest steaming and cleaning the interior with our Minis PRIOR to using a VDK. Embedded odors require a more in depth remediation.
Heat can reactivate smoke contamination trapped deep inside upholstery, carpet padding, headliners, and ventilation systems. Additional cleaning with Bio-Bomb Minis and a follow-up VDK treatment may be required for severe smoke problems.
The aerator does 2 things:
- increases potency of the VDK by releasing 100% of the gas from jar
- reduces treatment time to one hour
While Bio-Bombs can be used without an aerator, the Vehicle Deodorization Kit paired with the Oxygenator Aerator provides the most consistent and effective results.
Bio-Bomb Minis are ideal for cleaning smoke-affected surfaces such as upholstery, carpet, floor mats, headliners, and HVAC vents. Many professionals use Minis before a VDK treatment to remove smoke residue and improve overall results. Pro tip: use Minis in a steamer for amazing subsurface funk elimination!
For light smoke odors, cleaning with Bio-Bomb Minis may be enough.
For moderate to heavy smoke contamination, we recommend using Minis during the cleaning process (in a steamer for best results) followed by a VDK treatment to treat the airspace. This combination addresses both smoke residue on surfaces and odors trapped deeper within the vehicle.
The VDK can help reach smoke contamination throughout the vehicle, including the HVAC system. For heavily contaminated vents, we recommend pairing the VDK with Bio-Bomb Minis applied through a steamer or vent-cleaning process for maximum effectiveness.
The Vehicle Deodorization Kit is our most popular solution for smoker vehicles. For best results, vacuum the interior, remove ash and debris, clean surfaces with Bio-Bomb Minis, and then perform a VDK treatment.
Yes. Cannabis odors can become trapped in upholstery, carpet, vents, and other porous materials. Bio-Bombs helps target odor-causing compounds throughout the treatment area. For embedded odors, we recommend steaming with Bio-Bomb Minis prior to using the VDK to treat the air.
